We grow the best plant varieties without generating any kind of waste, managing to valorize every waste by reintroducing it into our production cycle.
In the aquaponics plant, water circulates from the fish tanks reaching and fertilizing the plants, then returning clean to the fishes again. This allows us to recover all the water that the plants were not able to absorb; reducing water consumption per kg of product by 90 percent compared to the traditional agriculture.
Through the coupling of production processes we are able to create a virtuous cycle and an agricultural, energy and economic supply chain that doesn’t produce any polluting waste.
Aquaponics is a technique by which fish farming and the production of the highest quality salads and herbs are coupled.
